District Coordinator

The Adventist Development and Relief Agency (ADRA) India is hiring a District Coordinator for its Intensified Malaria Elimination Project (IMEP-3) in Lunglei, Mizoram.

The selected candidate will coordinate district-level project implementation, collaborate with government health departments and project partners, monitor programme activities, conduct field visits, support training initiatives, and ensure timely reporting. The role requires strong leadership, planning, communication, and project management skills to help strengthen malaria prevention and elimination efforts.

Key Responsibilities

1. Coordinate malaria elimination activities at the district level.
2. Support planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of project activities.
3. Work closely with government departments and project stakeholders.
4. Conduct field assessments, supervision, and quality assurance visits.
5. Organize training and capacity-building programmes for field staff.
6. Prepare monthly and quarterly project reports.
7. Ensure compliance with ADRA policies and project guidelines.

Requirements

1. Bachelor's degree in Public Health, Health Administration, Social Sciences, or a related field.
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in public health or development projects.
3. Experience in malaria or other vector-borne disease programmes is preferred.
4. Strong organizational, communication, analytical, and leadership skills.

Salary: ₹40,000 CTC per month
