Employers: We collect your name, email address, phone number, company address, and company logo when you register an account. Job Seekers: We automatically collect search queries, device IP address, and browser type via cookies or search index logging (e.g., Algolia). No personal registration data is required from job seekers.

Data is collected solely to operate the job board, verify employer listings, prevent fraud and abuse, and process any platform-related transactions. We do not use your data for any purpose beyond what is necessary to provide our services.

Your data is shared only with trusted third-party service providers essential to operating our platform. This includes Algolia (for search index caching), as well as our secure hosting and email delivery infrastructure. We do not sell your data to advertisers or unrelated third parties.

In accordance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023, you — as a Data Principal — hold the following rights: (a) Right of Access: You may request a summary of your personal data being processed. (b) Right to Correction: You may request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. (c) Right to Erasure: You may request deletion of your personal data, subject to any legal retention obligations.

When an employer deletes their account, all associated job listings are hidden from public view. However, certain records may be retained in our database as required for transaction history, legal compliance, or fraud prevention purposes.
