We’re Hiring | Project Associate – Financial Inclusion

Learning Links Foundation is looking for a Project Associate to support grassroots financial inclusion and community development initiatives in Aizawl, Mizoram.

Location: Aizawl, Mizoram

Experience: 1–2 years

Qualification: B.Com / M.Com / BBA

Preferred Background: Banking / Microfinance / BFSI

Key Responsibilities:

1. Support communities in accessing credit schemes through banks and government programs.
2. Conduct financial literacy sessions, outreach activities and credit awareness drives.
3. Organize awareness events on government credit schemes.
4. Maintain beneficiary records, reports and track credit linkages.
5. Support field visits, training workshops and review meetings.
6. Coordinate with VDOs, BDOs and community leaders.

Skills Required:

Strong communication skills in English and local language

Problem-solving and coordination skills

Understanding of the BFSI sector

Willingness to work in the field and engage with communities
