About Clover Organic
Clover Organic Pvt. Ltd. implements institutionally funded agri-livelihood, organic farming, and rural development projects across India. We work closely with Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), government agencies, and farming communities to strengthen sustainable agriculture, institutional capacity, and market linkages.
Purpose of the Role
To coordinate the planning, execution, and monitoring of assigned projects, ensuring timely implementation, statutory compliance, accurate documentation, and effective stakeholder coordination for projects, including the 10,000 FPO Scheme, MOVCD- NERAMAC and future projects.
Key Responsibilities
· Coordinate the implementation of the 10,000 FPO Scheme, MOVCD-NER, and other assigned projects in line with approved plans and timelines.
· Maintain accurate project, statutory, financial, and farmer records, ensuring documentation is complete and audit-ready.
· Oversee MIS updates, data management, and submission of periodic reports to internal and external stakeholders.
· Coordinate organic certification activities, Internal Control System (ICS) implementation, and compliance with applicable standards and scheme guidelines.
· Liaise with government departments, certification agencies, FPOs, and other stakeholders to facilitate approvals, registrations, and project deliverables.
· Support FPO operations, farmer mobilisation, capacity-building activities, and market linkage initiatives.
· Monitor field activities, track project progress against milestones, and resolve operational issues to ensure timely execution.
Qualification & Experience
· Bachelor's or Master's degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Animal Husbandry, Rural Development, Social Work, Agribusiness Management, Commerce, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline.
Relevant experience in one or more of the following areas:
o Agri-livelihood and rural development projects.
o Farmer Producer Organisations (FPOs), farmer mobilisation, and capacity building.
o Organic farming, value chain development, and post-harvest management.
o Project documentation, MIS, data management, and reporting.
o Finance, accounting, statutory compliance, auditing, or legal documentation.
o Working knowledge of government-funded agriculture and rural development schemes will be an advantage.
