We’re Hiring: Senior Research Executive – Social Research

As we expand our Social Research Division, we are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic Senior Research Executive to join our team.

What we are looking for:

1. At least 5 years of relevant full-time experience with a survey research organisation, academic institution, NGO, CBO, government department or funding agency
2. Experience in independently managing large-scale research projects from design to delivery
3. Strong skills in RFQ-aligned proposal writing, research methodology, study design, questionnaire development, data interpretation and report writing
4. A good understanding of bidding processes for social research projects, particularly government tenders and assignments commissioned by large international organisations
5. Experience in one or more social development domains, including public health and WASH; livelihoods, agriculture and natural resources; community and tribal development; education, labour, economics and population studies; and gender, climate and disaster management
6. Familiarity with statistical and analytical tools such as SPSS, R or Python would be an added advantage
7. A good command of written and spoken English and Hindi
8. The ability to work independently, take initiative and bring a positive, can-do attitude

This role offers remote work and flexible hours, with occasional travel for client meetings.
