1. Graduate in Arts, Commerce & Science or its equivalent from any recognised University.

1. 18 to 30 years as on 1st August 2026.
2. Upper age limit is relaxable up to 5 years for SC/ST candidates as per Government rules.

1. Height: 156 cm
2. Chest: 77 cm (Normal), 82 cm (Expanded)

Female

1. Height: 150 cm
2. Chest: 72 cm (Normal), 74 cm (Expanded)

🏃 Physical Efficiency Test (PET)

Male

1. 100 m – 15 sec
2. 800 m – 3 mins
3. High Jump – 108 cm
4. Long Jump – 366 cm

Female

1. 100 m – 30 sec
2. 400 m – 3 mins
3. High Jump – 80 cm
4. Long Jump – 244 cm

💻 Other Eligibility

1. Computer Proficiency as prescribed by Government rules.
2. Mizo Language Proficiency as prescribed by Government rules.
