Job Description

We are looking for a Junior Talent Acquisition Executive to join our recruitment team. The candidate should have excellent communication skills and be comfortable making a high volume of recruitment calls and interacting with candidates.

Key Responsibilities

1. Make 50+ recruitment calls per day to potential candidates.
2. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for various job openings.
3. Communicate job roles, responsibilities, salary, and other relevant details to candidates.
4. Coordinate interviews and follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
5. Maintain candidate information and recruitment updates in Google Sheets/trackers.
6. Follow up with shortlisted candidates for documentation and onboarding requirements.
7. Meet daily and weekly recruitment targets.
8. Coordinate with the internal TA/recruitment team.

Eligibility & Requirements

1. Minimum qualification: Graduate / Degree in any discipline.
2. 01 year of experience in Talent Acquisition, Recruitment, Telecalling, Customer Calling, or a similar role.
3. Freshers are welcome if they have strong communication and convincing skills.
4. Fluency in Hindi is mandatory.
5. Fluency in any 2 South Indian languages is mandatory (Kannada, Tamil, Telugu, or Malayalam).
6. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
7. Comfortable handling 50+ calls per day.
8. Good follow-up, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
9. Basic knowledge of Google Sheets / MS Excel.
10. Must have a personal laptop and a stable internet connection.
11. Should be comfortable working independently in a Work From Home environment.
12. Willingness to work 6 days a week.
