No. A.34012/9/2026-MPSC(PRE): Limited Departmental Examination for the under mentioned post is to be conducted by the Mizoram Public Service Commission.

Probable applicants who have not registered in the one-time-registration portal must register well in advance before the last date of submission of application to enable them to submit their application one time.

An applicant must verify that his/her application is actually submitted after payment is made; otherwise, the claim of any applicant regarding his/her candidature will not be entertained.

7. Conditions of Eligibility

As per MMS Rules, 2011:

From officers holding posts in LDC grade with 5 years regular service in the grade.

As per MMS Rules, 2021:

From officers holding posts in LDC grade with 7 years of regular service in the grade rendered after appointment thereto on a regular basis.

Note:

The qualifying/eligibility service shall continue to be 5 years for Limited Departmental Examination for persons holding posts in the LDC grade on regular basis on the date of notification of the extant rules as notified in the Mizoram Gazette Extraordinary Issue No. 577 Vide No. A.12018/31/2020-PAR(GSW) dated 30.11.2021.

10. Essential Documents to be Uploaded

Candidates must upload the following documents before the last day of application. Failure to do so will result in disqualification.

Documents required:

(a) Service Book Entry showing date of joining the feeder post.

(b) Service Book Entry showing date of birth.

(c) Confirmation Order.

(d) Certification by HoD or Cadre Authority in the format prescribed by the Commission.

11. Disqualifications

(i) Particulars/details mentioned in the application should be complete and correct. Incomplete applications or documents shall be rejected.

(ii) Any candidate who, upon verification at any stage of the recruitment process, is found not to have fulfilled the eligibility conditions will be disqualified.

(iii) Canvassing (Insawipui) directly or indirectly will disqualify the candidate.

12. Payment

1. If payment is made through UPI, it must be done using the mobile number used for One Time Registration.
2. Persons with disabilities are exempted from payment of application fees.
3. Fees once paid are non-refundable under any circumstances.
