Job Description

This is a full-time remote role as a Financial Analyst at a United States based Real Estate / Private Equity firm. The Financial Analyst will underwrite new acquisitions, do research on necessary variables, run forward-looking projections and past reporting.

You will work directly with the executive team at a growing US based company.

Qualifications

1. 1+ year experience in the Finance field
2. A University Degree in the Finance field
3. Experience in financial reporting (profit and loss, balance sheet, forecasts, etc)
4. Experience in the real estate or private equity industry
5. Strong communication skills
6. Excellent organizational skills
7. Proven track record of handling confidential information
8. Ability to work independently and remotely
9. Proficiency in project management tools

Requirements

1. Typing speed 50+ words per minute
2. Ability to work on US time zone
3. A clean and professional remote work environment
4. Fast internet, a second monitor and a fast computer
